Account data: when you sign up we collect your name, email address, artist name, and password (stored encrypted).

Financial data: to process your subscription and pay out your royalties. One Crown Records does not store your card numbers on its own servers; they are handled directly by our PCI-DSS-certified payment processor.

Navigation and attribution data: we record which source brought you to the platform (e.g., UTM campaign parameters, landing page, and referring site) and use analytics and CRM tools to optimize the site and improve your experience.

Content and metadata: the audio files, artwork, and metadata you upload for distribution.

To distribute your music to the platforms (Apple, Spotify, TikTok, etc.) under your artist name.

To maintain your Artist Portal, process your subscription payments, and transfer your royalties.

To send you important notifications about your releases, billing, or copyright alerts.

To understand the performance of our marketing campaigns and improve our technology infrastructure.

For the Label-as-a-Service model to work, we share only the strictly necessary data with: distribution providers (to deliver your audio and metadata to the global stores), payment processors (to bill your subscription and deposit your earnings), and analytics and CRM platforms (to manage your customer profile and provide support).

We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties for their own advertising purposes.

We use local storage and strictly functional cookies to: keep you signed in, remember your preferred language, and record the source of your first visit (campaign attribution).

We use web analytics (aggregate visit and performance metrics) to understand site usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

You can clear cookies and local storage from your browser settings; some features (such as staying signed in) may stop working.

Our infrastructure, payments, analytics, and CRM providers may process data in data centers located outside your country (for example, the United States and the European Union). By using the service you consent to these transfers, which are carried out with providers that maintain industry-standard security.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we erase or anonymize your personal data, except for information we must retain for legal, accounting, or tax obligations (for example, transaction records and royalty payments) for the periods required by law.

We implement industry-standard security protocols (SSL/TLS, database encryption, webhook signature verification, and access controls) to protect your information against unauthorized access.

You have the right to access the information we hold about you, request corrections, request a portable copy of your data, object to certain uses, and request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to legal retention requirements for financial transactions and royalties.

If you reside in the European Union, the United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction with specific data-protection laws, these rights apply to you under those laws (including GDPR and CCPA as applicable).

The service is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if we detect an account belonging to a minor without guardian consent, we will delete it.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or through a notice in the Artist Portal before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version.
